Terms of Service
Last updated: April 23, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zipilot platform operated by Zipilot LLC (“Zipilot,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Zipilot provides an AI assistant that responds to inbound customer conversations, books appointments, qualifies leads, and hands off to your team on channels you connect. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you upload and for the conduct of your connected channels.
2. Your Account
You must be 18 or older and authorized to bind the business you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to send unsolicited outbound messages or spam.
- Use the platform in violation of WhatsApp Business Policy, SMS carrier rules, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or any other applicable communications regulation.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the platform.
4. Customer Data
You retain ownership of the business knowledge and customer conversation data you bring to the platform. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
6. Service Availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, and changes from time to time. Where a material change adversely affects you, we will provide reasonable notice.
7. Third-Party Channels
The platform connects to third-party services (WhatsApp, SMS carriers, Google Calendar, Calendly, Boulevard, Stripe, and others). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. Zipilot is not responsible for their availability, policies, or decisions.
8. Disclaimer & Liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zipilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or third-party channel policies. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
